Retro Spotlight: Instructor Lindsey Schaefer

Instructor Spotlight:

Lindsay is a local St. Louis softball player that graduated from Seckman High School in 2012, and went on to play at Fontbonne University until 2016. She has been giving pitching lessons since 2014 when she became certified under instructor Randi Davis.

All of the mechanics taught in her lessons have shoulder and elbow care as a main priority. Lindsay hopes to transfer her love and passion for the game to her students, while also instilling personal accountability and the need for hard work.
