RETRO Baseball is a 501-C3 Non-Profit organization.  Our mission is to help develop baseball skills and character that enable players and coaches to reach their fullest potential, both on and off the field. We provide first-class resources for player/coach development and administrative support that allows our coaches to coach and our players to play. RETRO Baseball implements an age-appropriate combination of lessons, camps, practices, leagues, and tournaments to help ensure our players and coaches achieve maximum results from the youth baseball level all the way through the college placement process.

What makes RETRO Baseball stand apart from most competitive youth baseball organizations is our commitment to core values and providing a platform for our players to achieve personal and athletic excellence at a level conducive to their respective skill set. Our players are expected to participate in charitable events and give back to the communities in which they live.  RETRO Baseball players are expected to maintain solid academic and behavioral records in school, and are recognized for academic achievement.

  • The right combination of conditioning, coaching, and competition builds character traits that will last a lifetime.

  • Family, faith, and school are prioritized over baseball.

  • Team accomplishments are greater than individual accomplishments.

  • Supporting your teammates through good times and bad times helps develop a positive outlook on life.

  • Academic excellence is a fundamental component of individual success.

  • Community service projects help provide for those in need and build character within our RETRO Baseball families.

  • We provide regional training throughout the year, including indoor training at some of the area’s top indoor and outdoor facilities.

  • Our lead instructors and coaches consist of current professional and collegiate coaches, current professional players, and retired professional and collegiate players.  In addition, our lead instructors evaluate our workouts, players, and coaches during the season.

  • Many of our lead instructors and coaches offer additional hitting, fielding, catching, and pitching lessons for a discounted price to members of the RETRO Baseball family.

  • RETRO Baseball handles the administrative aspects of running each team, including but not limited to, practice scheduling, tournament scheduling, tournament payment, tournament travel coordination, and uniform purchasing.

  • Player fees will be your total expenses incurred thru 7/31/19.  This includes all uniform cost, tournament/league fees, organizational training fees, designated personal lesson fees, hitting memberships, bat bag (every 2 years), batting helmet (every 2 years), and all travel cost at the high school level (hotel & transportation to & from tournaments).

  • We perform organizational fundraising to assist in keeping Retro Baseball the best dollar for dollar value in the Metro area as well as provide support for individual team/player fundraising efforts which allow these participants to apply all of their profits to the betterment of their youth sports experience.
